NSCL CODE OF CONDUCT
Guiding Principles:

The NSCL is committed to providing a climate that fosters respect for all those involved in our activities. As such, the NSCL prohibits any form of harassment of or by its members. This includes but is not limited to any discriminatory words or actions based on gender, race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, or sexual orientation. Furthermore, the NSCL is committed to preventing retaliation towards anyone reporting harassment or discrimination of or by its members.

These principles will serve to govern the behavior of all NSCL members throughout the year whenever interacting with other NSCL members. When participating in an NJCL convention, the NJCL Convention Code of Conduct will also apply to members of the NSCL in addition to those principles stated above. Any violation of this code of conduct should be reported to the NSCL Ethics Committee or the National Committee as soon as possible.
